Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Although there are some exceptions of items that are not returnable including made-to-order products or items that have been coated in non-standard colours except for Green 6005 or Black 9005. (Some ranges are excluded in the Green or Black also if the order has been coated to order)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. The purchaser must arrange for the goods to be delivered back to CLA where we will inspect the items on return.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLEARANCE SECTION ITEMS. CLEARANCE PRODUCTS MAY SHOW SIGNS OF COSMETIC DAMAGE.
Your item needs to have a receipt or invoice, the refund can only be initiated by the purchaser and not the end user.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please note CLA charges a 20% restocking fee for all items returned and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment method (Minus a 20% restocking fee & the original delivery charge)
You will receive the refund within 14 days of the return being accepted, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
