V-Mesh panels

V-mesh panels use pressed “V” profiles to add rigidity and strength—ideal for schools, parks and commercial perimeters where visibility matters.

656 twin wire panels

Twin wire “656” commonly refers to a 6/5/6 wire format (two horizontals with a vertical wire), giving a flat, rigid panel suitable for many perimeter applications.

868 twin wire panels

“868” is a heavier twin wire option (8/6/8), often chosen where you want extra rigidity and impact resistance.

358 prison mesh panels (anti-climb)

358 mesh is widely used for higher-security sites because the small apertures reduce hand/footholds and make cutting more difficult. The common aperture is 76.2mm × 12.7mm.

Mesh panel specifications

When comparing mesh fence panels, focus on the key details that affect strength, security, and fit on site. Start with panel height and overall run length, then check the wire thickness (and whether you’re choosing 656 or 868 twin wire) to match the level of rigidity you need. The mesh aperture also matters—smaller apertures typically offer better anti-climb and cut resistance (for example, 358 mesh is designed around a much tighter aperture than standard mesh panels). To make sure everything installs correctly, confirm the panel type is compatible with the post profile, post centres, and the correct fixings for that system. Using the right combination of posts, clamps, clips, caps and bolts keeps the fence line straight, improves long-term performance, and avoids issues during installation. If you’re adding access points, it’s also worth choosing matching mesh gates and hardware so your perimeter stays consistent in both appearance and security.
