When will my order be delivered?

If your selected product option is marked as “In Stock,” we aim to deliver within 5–7 working days. For items that are made to order or require coating, delivery times will follow the estimated lead time stated in the product options. A member of the CLA team will contact you to confirm your delivery date.

Please note: When ordering multiple items with different lead times, your order will be delivered according to the longest lead time.
(For example: If mesh is in stock with a 5–7 working day lead time and a gate is made to order with a 4–5 week lead time, both items will be delivered together within the 4–5 week timeframe.)

Offloading Information

Standard delivery does not include offloading. If you require offloading assistance, please select the appropriate option during checkout.

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please contact our office before placing your order to confirm availability.

Important Note:
During busy periods, lead times may be longer than expected. If your order is urgent, please get in touch with our team prior to ordering to check current stock levels and availability.

How to use Paypal Pay in 3? (Personal users only)
Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent payments due every month on the same date. Please note that Pay in 3 is a form of credit, so carefully consider whether you can afford the repayments and be aware of the possible impact of missing payments, including future eligibility.
Will I be able to use PayPal Pay in 3?
We’re offering PayPal Pay in 3 to a growing number of our UK customers.PayPal Pay in 3 is not available for certain sellers and goods. We may also decide not to offer PayPal Pay in 3 as an option based on our internal checks.If you choose PayPal Pay in 3 as your payment method when you check out with PayPal, you’ll be taken through the application process. You will get a decision instantly, but not everyone will be approved based on our internal checks.
How can I pay with Pay in 3?
Just choose to pay with PayPal when you shop online, and if it is an eligible transaction, you will see Pay in 3 as one of the available payment methods. Simply apply for a Pay in 3 plan in just a few steps, get an instant decision and finish checking out.
What purchase amounts qualify for PayPal Pay in 3?
PayPal Pay in 3 is available on eligible shopping cart values between £30 and £2,000 GBP.
What are the terms and conditions for my Pay in 3 plan?
You must read the cash advance agreement of your Pay in 3 plan before you submit your application. You will see the link to the cash advance agreement when you choose to apply for Pay in 3 at checkout. You will also have the option to download the cash advance agreement.Once your plan starts, we will send you an email containing important information about your Pay in 3 plan, including how to locate your cash advance agreement.
Are there any fees associated with Pay in 3?
There are no sign-up fees for choosing to pay with PayPal Pay in 3 and no late-payment fees. However, if you miss a repayment, this may impact your ability to access other sources of credit or use Pay in 3 in the future.
Your loan will last 2 months in total. The down payment will be due at the time of purchase, followed by 2 subsequent repayments due each month after that.
Where can I pay with Pay in 3?
I applied for the Pay in 3 pre-approved application and it was denied. Why?
Pre-approval is not a guarantee of approval. For privacy reasons, only you can see why your application was declined. You were shown a reason within the application decision that should have provided additional information.

When can I collect my order?

Providing the order is purchased prior to 1pm then collections will be ready for collection the next working day stock providing. Please wait for a CLA team member to contact you to confirm the collection date.

How much is your delivery charge?

What’s your office opening hours?

Do you offer any form of warranty?

Products supplied to trade clients are covered by a 12 month warranty against faults due to defective raw materials or manufacturing processes. Such warranty cover will commence on the date of despatch of the products from CLA Fabrications Ltd. This warranty will cover the products supplied only and only products that have a CLA applied coating. Where a claim is notified to CLA and is substantiated to CLA’s reasonable satisfaction, CLA at its discretion may replace or repair the Goods (or a relevant part of the same) free of charge or refund to the Customer the Price (or a reasonable proportion of the same) but shall have no further liability to the customer. The warranty will be voided if the products are installed, repaired, or not maintained by persons not qualified to do so, or in a method not in accordance with standard recommended procedures. The warranty will also become void if a programme of preventative maintenance is not implemented, or if the products have been subject to misuse or other damage. If the product was not purchased directly from CLA, then all warranty issues will need to be addressed to the supplier of the product, and CLA will not be liable.

Can you return Clearance Items?

CLA does not accept returns on clearance section items. Clearance section products may show signs of cosmetic damage.
