Delivery Information
Delivery Time Slots
We do not give time slots out for deliveries. We aim to make deliveries between 8 am & 4 pm. If requested we can ask the driver to call you one hour before.
Unloading The Vehicle
Customers are responsible for offloading the vehicle due to our drivers not being insured. There are no offloading facilities available on any CLA vehicle. Offloading facilities can be arranged but this will be an additional cost.
Drivers are allocated a one-hour unloading period per drop, if the driver isn’t unloaded within this time them additional costs will be applicable.
Please note if the customer cannot unload the vehicle or the items are returned to CLA for cancellation, a 20% restocking fee will be applicable and the delivery fee would be nonrefundable.
Missed Deliveries
If we’re unable to deliver due to nobody being available to unload or the driver is waiting to be unloaded for over one hour, then the full delivery fee will be applicable for redelivery on another day. (Please note this may be 1-5 working days after the original delivery date)
Delivery Timbers
All timbers must be kept on the vehicles
Delivery Postcodes
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the postcode provided by our transport team when booking is the correct delivery destination. CLA cannot be held responsible if it is incorrect. If a delivery address is amended then an updated copy of your purchase order must be provided.
Offloading Facilities
Offloading facilities can be provided at additional cost.
Weekend Deliveries
CLA do not offer any weekend delivery services, We deliver Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 4pm.
Cancelled Deliveries
Once a delivery has been booked in by our transport team. We would require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancelations. Charges will apply for late cancellations.
Estate Fencing Deliveries
The stillages that CLA delivers Estate Fencing will need to be returned to us. CLA will raise an automatic collection notice for them on your next delivery. If not returned charges will apply.
